Doug Martin hasn't had a good game since we lost to the Redskins brehs...what about drafting a RB in the 1st round?:mjpls:

Dalvin Cook, Ezekiel Elliott, Derrick Henry all looking like game changing RBs (which for as much as I like Dougie Fresh....he's never been one of those), and I think either of the 3 would look good in the backfield with Winston.

Doubled up on wins from last season and they're getting close to my goal of 6 wins and this without a bunch of weapons on offense and our starting RT in Dotson.

With the rest of the schedule: @PHI, @IND, ATL, NO, @STL, CHI, @CAR

I can honestly see us winning 3-5 more games, @IND, NO, CHI could be gimmes if VJax and ASJ come back. @PHI, ATL, and @STL are toss ups. The only true loss I can see is @CAR if they're going into that game with a perfect regular season on the line.

We actually got a shot at finishing the season .500 or better and the scary thing is, this team ain't even healthy yet :wow:

Off-season Goals:
Get a new DBs coach
Draft one of VHIII or Ramsey or Treadwell (if both corners are gone)
Try to sign Norman away from Carolina
Sign Travis Benjamin away from Cleveland, him and Murphy in the slot could be all we need for deep threats
Use the rest of our draft picks on defense and maybe O-Line.

We must get a consistent edge rusher.. I thought Jacquies smith was becoming it but he's not it.. So we gotta get that in the second round I'm thinking.. That with all those moves will make us a fasure winner in the NFC south.. Gotta get v-jam outta here too.. Him and mike are the same type reciever

I sort of want Lovie to stay because I like what Dirk Koetter has salvaged out of the offense. We came into this season thinking the o-line would be basura, but they've managed to give us a top 5 rushing game & Jameis avoiding any big hits. We got garbage at WR with all the injuries, but we're still managing to put points on the board. At this point, I'm afraid that if we get rid of Lovie (thus getting rid of Koetter by association) then our offense is going back to the bottom with whoever comes in.

I think at 6-10 or 7-9, we should still be able to get either Vernon Hargreaves III or Jalen Ramsey in the draft, so whatever :manny:

Bro if we get vh3 and allow Verner to become a nickel specialist my gawd we will be so nice on defense.. Kwan and lavonte at lb wit McCoy and add a legit pass rushing dend and we win the NFC south next year easyyyy

If VJax came back at a discounted price, I'd take him. He can at least help Evans fix his drops problem. Use him as a mentor really.

In the '18 draft, If we could end up with Dalvin Cook and Jake Butt from Michigan, I'd lose my shyt :whew:

About Doug.. If the price is right keep him. If not get a back like Karlos Williams in Buffalo in the later rounds

Jameis Winston on Record-Breaking Pace

Jameis Winston is on pace for the second-most passing yards in a single season in Buccaneer history. He is also on pace to shatter the team's rookie passing record by more than 1,000 yards.

Jameis Winston could find himself in some pretty elite company at the end of the season if he continues to perform at the level he has been.

PHOTOS: JAMEIS WINSTON VS. DALLAS

Through nine games, Winston has thrown for 2,159 yards, an average of 240 yards per game. At that rate, he will finish the season with 3,840 passing yards, which would be the second-most in a single season in Buccaneer history.

The single-season record, set by Josh Freeman in 2012, is within Winston’s reach, too. Winston needs 4,066 yards to secure the top spot, or an additional 32 yards per game on top of his season average.

The single-season passing record isn’t the only one that Winston is approaching. He is set to shatter the team’s rookie passing record, which was set by Mike Glennon in 2013. Glennon threw for 2,608 yards during his rookie campaign. Winston could surpass the mark by more than 1,000 yards at the pace he’s headed.

The numbers, of course, are contingent on Winston sustaining his performance throughout the Bucs’ final seven games. He has been consistent, though, in his ability to move the ball in the air. He’s recorded 175 passing yards or more in each of his nine NFL starts.

they said 6 weeks. we're at 8 and counting.

low key, the other TE'S, myers and brate, have caught just about everything thrown to them.
Something's gotta be up? Either ASJ is way more hurt than he thought he was or the staff is holding him out for something else. ASJ said that's he's been ready to come back, but they still keep him inactive. Something stinks :patrice:

Still got Sims, can't forget about him..And he's cheaper than Doug and was a 3rd round pick in 2014.

But we all kno he won't.. Cut em loose and let's go get a Antonio brown/beckham type reciever.. But fukk 18.. I want us to be selecting with the last pick in that drive.. We a Wr,cb,S,de away from being a complete team.. We honestly should be 6-3 right now

Am I crazy for thinking 2 WRs in the first 3 or 4 rounds would be a good idea? Like I know we have bigger needs but if you could get Josh Doctson and Sherling Shepard, the offense could be devastating for the next 6-7 years. I'm thinking it might be better to make the team elite in one thing than just drafting on need. We could still grab a DE or DB in the first too.
