Good looking out on that cilantro tip.nice, will check that out. I've been reading that cilantro is a chelator that pulls heavy metals and toxins out the body so i think im going to start drinking a lot of cilantro+sage tea this week.
Drinking hot water when you get a craving helps, smoking essentially dehydrates the body especially the lungs. We get an attachment to the act because we find it undesirable to simply breathe at times. Smoke never belongs in the body. Warm-hot water metabolizes faster thus hydrating the body faster.
Exercise, and staying away from other smokers if you can helps a lot also. You want to change your mindset in order to truly leave the habit behind.
