Pulled a hammy yesterday at a pick up game I have a high pain tolerance so I played through it but I feels like a bytch today. Jumper was on point so I need to get back out there today before Ramadan starts tomorrow. It's not a serious strain but I need to be able to elevate a little more I tried ice but it didn't work. I got 4 hours to make this happen before the court gets hot and they start playing.
no way you can play 4 hours later with a pulled hamstring
