What's good... I would put this on Facebook... Still might, but basically I'm restarting my old push-up program

Basically AT LEAST 200 push-ups in the morning and evening

It has nothing to do with my actual gym workouts.. This will be regardless of if I lift/workout or not. I incorporate other things as well but this is focused on push-ups

Wanna see who's with me. I separate my workouts like this:

50, 48, 40, 32, 24, 16, 8, 4: 222 reps x8 sets.

Can be done as fast as you want (I usually do them between commercials) or in whatever style you want (100 at a time if u got it like that)

I will increase or decrease but I'm just starting off.

Anybody want to try this with me?

What were ur results last time? My body has always responded very (almost abnormally) well to pushups.

My body responded well as well, especially breaking it up in sets like that. Like I wouldn't be sore at all. Been busy this morning so I didn't do them.. But I did my boxing workout after doing about 400 last night and felt completely fine during the workout.

Like it doesn't effect my normal routines but defined my chest, made my presses easier, etc. but I respond well to calisthenics anyway

No can do. I don't do push ups, bench press, military press anymore due to osteoarthritis in the shoulder. :old:
Good luck to those participating.
