The funny thing is the overrating started with CAC bloggers. The Clipse were an afterthought, dropped a dud, had to fall back. Then the white kids went crazy over Hell Hath No Fury, and Push went on to get more attention via his connections with Kanye and Pharrell. He works his connections really well, and controls his narrative well too. Suddenly everyone was just acting like the dude was rapping his ass off and putting out classics, because it was a talking point amplified by influencers. Meanwhile, he kept spitting the same boring ass repetitive cocaine punchline bars in his annoying ass lost member of Camp Lo voice. I truly can't believe people purposely listen to entire albums by this forgettable clown.

Yes Andre would be in my top 20, but Push deserves to be in a top 50 based on his work with The Clipse and his last few albums, fukk an impact Pusha would have had a decent one if he went solo in the 00's by the time he did he had already put work in as a duo, he wasn't ever going to make huge waves as a solo act, Prodigy didn't either(i know it was a bigger wave than Push but not comparable to Mobb Deep).

Also he doesn't need to have multiple all time great songs to be in a top 50 rappers, some of the great songs have lesser quality than the ones posted above, which includes one of the most popular and impact diss records of the last 10-20 years, maybe two because Exodus set it all off.

Its almost like Daytona didn't sell 80k first week and was named as one of the best albums of 2018 by most critics., My Name is My Name sold 80k first week too, Gibbs and the likes you're comparing him to could only wish for those numbers.


In fact Gibbs wouldn't get a response from Drake.

He ain't a top 20 rapper but he isn't underground either,
