I find that hard to believe.
I grew up in VA in the 80's and 90's. A LOT of people from New York and NJ were back and forth to VA. A lot of NY artists wore military shyt.

Story went over your head. Nas represented the streets from a ground level perspective. A hood ngga pov. I’d think yall understand this considering it’s what makes you goofy nggas

about him to this day
Jay on the other hand represented the streets from a boss persona, an ‘I’m above you nggas, im rich, I’m getting money, I’m better than you’ perspective. Again? I’m not sure why you don’t understand that considering its that energy that’s part of what makes you nggas
him, to this day.All Pusha is relating is some nggas, dope boys who could perhaps relate/aspire to what Jay was portraying, felt him more. Why is that so hard to grasp and why is that such a personal affront to yall? And I say ‘yall’ even as a Nas fan myself. But the Nas fandom on this site is fukking weird and childish

Bruh is madddd

NY

It’s not hard to believe that some bruhs. Wasn’t fukking with Nas’s style and street poet rhymes. Over Jay’s style and hustler/flashy rhymes lol. It’s called having an opinion, and Pusha’s homies opinions was. That they wasn’t feeling Nas’s bars or style. Not everyone is going to like your favorite rapper and that’s ok.
