congrats man, my brother also quit a few years ago for his kids.

My moms 66 been smoking since 17.....makes every excuse in the world for them, shyt so fukking annoying. She has rheumetoid arthritis and the smoking is a major culprit but she just complains of pain rather than quitting and seeing if that cures it

I got hip to it really after some old cat pulled up on me in a escalade one day, I was smoking outside of a dunkins donuts...coolin it real tuff like. He like " say youngblood; you need to put them down"...proceeded to tell me his battle with throat cancer, emphysema and at the age of 76....he on cigarettes. He back chasing young coochie looking for sugardaddies n sh1t. I was like lemme see about it. A friend of mine got his Gmom an ecig and she winning ever since.

Quit cold turkey about five weeks ago. I'm gonna make it brehs! I'm feeling great and the key is to find something to do before that urge kicks in. And try to stay away from people who piss you off. I swear I was the hulk for about two weeks straight.

yea get that one where you get two batteries a charger and like 10 cartridges. Make sure when you pick the cartridges to pick 18ml strength. anything lower and you won't get enough of the nicotine.

That'll last at least a couple weeks unless you smoke a lot. Or you can just upgrade to one of those X2 batteries, buy a cartomizer and fill up your own juices. I got some good juices from jvapes. It just takes a little more work to fill it up but not too bad. You can learn how to do everything from youtube.

people dont realize it, but the majority of cigs they smoke, they do out of mental addiction and habit.

Smoke when you're drunk/drinking
after you get high
After you're full
after sex
taking a shyt
Just light one and take two drags and let it burn for 15 minutes.

the only time they feel the PHYSICAL nag of needing a smoke is when they're in an environment where they CANT smoke.
