I smoked for 13 years and i quit 3 months ago thanks to Allan Carrs Easy Eay To Quit Smoking

I did the e cigarette thing the first weekend and said fukk it, cuz it wasnt contributing to changing my mindset, it was still a clutch or reliance that i didt need

Not gon lie it has been tough at times but its all about keep shyt in perspective

Im no longer a slave, no longer occupied. 100% liberated and i aint never going back

I do smoke the occational joint and puff on an occasional cigar when i drink but thats not very often

I'd feel like a faq smoking those e-cigs

do it man.
after a week you gonna wake up and and not have that morning cough, that was the craziest thing about vaping to me.

one day i woke up and didn't have my usual morning cough session...i took a deep breath thinking that would bring on the cough and still nothing.

best feeling in the world man.

I smoked for 11 years, quit, and been cigarette free for 6 years

When you quit smoking, you have to stop all habits associated with smoking.

I had to quit drinking alcohol, coffee, and hanging out with certain people. I had to stop going to clubs and lounges where I would smoke.

I substituted drinking alcohol and coffee with water, and started going hard in the gym.

You know you have quit when you stop counting the days that you have been cigarette free. If you're still counting the days, then you are still in rehab mode.

Once you stop counting, then you can resume drinking alcohol, coffee and other habits you used to associate with smoking cigarettes

It worked for me, but it took discipline and an actual desire to quit.

Indeed you right about the triggers for smoking, clubbing, drinking, associates etc; but that applies to smoking. Since I've been vaping I don't have triggers. I vape when I want to basically, usually when I'm on the computer. Fun fact- Vaping has 2 major side effects 1. You can get Nicotine sick from heavy vaping, and 2. You will have the dry mouth/dehydrate...so most people always down water all day resulting in very hydrated individuals. Nicotine sickness is common because vaping does not burn/irritate the throat and fatigue the lungs like regular smoking; so dudes will literally vape for hours and start noticing a headache and buzz.:yeshrug:
