You rewire the atomizer yourself. You get some customization tho by choosing types of wick (cotton, hemp rope, silica, stainless steel mesh, etc) and your resistance wire by gauge (kanthal 26-32, pure silver, etc.) You prally buy prebuilt attyz, which is fine...me too, but to for peak vaping...^^this.

btw, i save my old attyz after they stop working. when i have around 10 old ones, i boil them for an hour, dry them out and try see if they work. usually 4-5 of them come back to life and i can use them for another couple of weeks.

I've been smoking for 10 years. 10 years of my life I have feed into this disgusting habit.

I haven't gone more than a week and some change without one since I started. I can't even front if I could I would continue to smoke, but I can't do it anymore.

excluding Saturday ( I got super wavy and blew at least 5 or 6 during the day) I've gone a total of 8 days without one. I thought about grabbing a pack of those blue cigs but I would rather not.

What I found works for me is to stay busy. Stay busy, constantly moving or thinking. New hobbies have help as well, plus I'm starting to transition into my career ( health). I firmly believe that I need to practice what I preach- be a example for some of these youngins out here. shyt is not cool at all.

I never understood how folks could smoke a pack and some 2 or even 3 a day. A pack is 20 squares.


I think at my peak I was at like 7 and that was when I was young and wit my nikkas all day and nikkas was catchin shorts.

There are different types of tobacco. Y'all should hit up a smoke shop where they sell the additive/chemical free tobacco. It's a huge difference from that shyt you buy in packs. Smoke is still bad for the lungs, but the most unhealthy aspect of smoking are the chemicals they put in that shyt. Plus, tobacco at smoke shops is soooooo much cheaper than buying a pack. Most shops will sell you an ounce of high quality tobacco for 3 dollars. That's equivalent to buying 20 packs.

ima try to quit cold turkey come june 1st....i tried quitting may 1st but i half assed it and started smoking again a few days later...weirdly enough those 3 days i wasn't really niccing or dying to smoke, but it was my friends coming around lighting up around me and passing them to me that got me back on it....

i been tryna talk a couple of my friends into cuttin back and quitting with me, but either way it goes ima go hard come june 1st to get off this shyt...i been smoking for half my life and i aint even 25 yet

its gonna be hard as fukk to resist when im drinking tho, i might need to cut back on alcohol as well....my main strategy so far is just to keep busy and smoke more weed to make up for the cigs
