Once he gets to about 250-260 he's going to be a ridiculous inside outside threat, once he can utilize the post more :merchant:
I actually don't want him to be that big. I think his mobility is tied into how light he is. And getting bigger will only put my wear and tear on his body. He can get stronger without adding to much siZe. More weight means he'll be able to bang more. But it also means a heftier foundation to carry around.

He needs to stay in that KD/Dirk shyt. Stay light. And he'll get stronger naturally with age.

The skill matters more than the size. Duncan lost weight later into his career because it's better to be lighter, you'll preserve your joints and when it comes to banging inside, positioning and knowing the angles matters more than strength.

Most players bang inside because they have to. Sticking to your strengths and not conforming is what works. His strength is his touch on the outside and mid range, while abusing with his height. He's fukking 7'3 and virtually unblockable because of his length and quick release. Why bang inside like that? Plus he's athletic so his post game should be his backup. Face up game in the mid range and the pick n fade to the three should be primary.

Especially with the way the league is going. Don't wanna see him get hurt for trying to get too big and bang inside.
