Been watching the raptors lately solid team still think that they revert back to the same iso bad habits with demar and kyle from time to time. They had great ball movement vs Charlottes (I think 35 assists). Ibaka needs to learn how to put the ball on the floor even more every time dude dribbles the ball I cringe. He already has that pick and pop elbow mid range jumper down and SOMETIMES can hit the three if he takes it to the rim and finishes consistently. He is a legit 3rd solid scoring option.

OG's 3 has been coming along and he is a good solid defender. Pascal Siakam is a great energy dude relentless on defense and runs the floor very well. I'll have to wait and see how they perform against the likes of cleveland and the top teams in the NBA. They had a close two point loss against Boston at Boston and lost closely to both GS and San Antonio on their early West Coast road trip. The thing that worried me though is that ridiculous 30-0 rund agianst the Knicks in the 3rd quarter earlier this year. A legit title contending team doe snot let such a dry spell happen especially against an inferior Knicks team.

I'd rather they stay low key like this instead of being gassed up by the media and random fans that don't watch their games.

The younger players are having a bigger role this season so its been fun to watch.

Following that Spurs formula. Don’t hear nothing from them all season. Then you look up and they got only 1.5 games out of first place :dwillhuh:

Knicks game was a hiccup but all title teams go thru it during a season to say that's what shows they re not a contender is false.
IM not saying they're contenders I dont think they'll beat the Cavs or the Warriors in a series but that point is non sense.

Last year the Warriors lost at.home.to the Wolves. The 95-96 Bulls lost to the 21 win expansion Raptors...bad games even for contenders, happen during the season...

Of course you point out the close losses to S.A. and GS and you omit mentioning the 20 point blow out win at Houston...smh

The Celtics 2 nights ago lost to a Miami team missing 5 players and 3 starters at HOME,are we saying they're not contenders now?

For some reason these stupid ass talking points only apply to Toronto...

raptors have the best home record in the nba 12-1
top ten in both defense and offese
probably the best bench in the nba

Losing is different than literally going on a scoring dry spell for more than half the quarter when you have your full squad and you are playing a team that may not be in the playoff picture when it's all said and done. I actually watch the Raptors play so this whole pre-determined bias against the team up North is not applicable to me. That quarter kind of worried me a bit if I was a fan of the second best team in the East record wise. They also froze up at Milwaukee in a close out game (can't remember what game) but it was a monumental collapse. All I'm saying they have a solid squad especially with Delon back from injury but I guess we will wait and see come playoff time.
