Losing is different than literally going on a scoring dry spell for more than half the quarter when you have your full squad and you are playing a team that may not be in the playoff picture when it's all said and done. I actually watch the Raptors play so this whole pre-determined bias against the team up North is not applicable to me. That quarter kind of worried me a bit if I was a fan of the second best team in the East record wise. They also froze up at Milwaukee in a close out game (can't remember what game) but it was a monumental collapse. All I'm saying they have a solid squad especially with Delon back from injury but I guess we will wait and see come playoff time.

Nah losing to a bad team has no variables, use ur same bullshyt analogy for everyone....it was a bad loss but no worse then losing at home to a team missing almost there entire starting 5..

Game 6 was the game they almost gave away but it was more that they stopped playing cuz they thought it was over.

I still give them credit for blowing that lead and losing it and still winning the game in the last 2 mins....thats heart whether u want to admit or not...Bad teams don't relinquish that in a game 6 on the road and then still pull it out anyway.

This is a thread about the Raptors so I am not talking about everybody else. You have to wonder why the statically 2nd best ranked team in the East is not getting talked about despite having the best or one of the best home records in the league so all the experts and analysts on TV are just haters? I have no dog in this fight, I just love basketball and watching it so I am coming from it from that objective perspective and not a fan of a specific team.

Raptors are not getting any respect because they are second fiddle to the Cavs like everybody else in the East. THe reason why that dry spell is more glaring instead of the 95-96 Bulls 21 blowout game to an expansion team or LeBron losing to Atlanta last year with 15+ or 20+ lead going into the 4th because all those teams had a good rep and had proven themselves come playoff time and happened to have the best players in that generation (Lebron and Jordan) with rings to prove it so the loss is worrying but not glaring.

The Raptors haven't won anything and have the rep of their best players (specifically Kyle Lowry) of ghosting come playoff time which means have less of a margin for error and have critics poking at them because they haven't won anything and still have that rep of just being a good regular season team.

The simple and honest answer is because the team is in Canada and isn't on tnt or ESPN therefore it's easy for lazy assed NBA analysts to act like there head is innthe sand about this team.....all it is breh.

If the Raptors were in America they'd be playing on Christmas day and would get the credit they rightfully deserve as a top 5 team...

This is a different team than last year's team...we don't know what there gonna look like inthe playoffs but we can say thru 1/4 of the season they are a top 5 team...with the best home record in the league.
3rd best plus minus and best in the east, top 10 offense and defense.

Last year and 2015 doesn't have shyt to do with THIS season and if you can't give them credit for being top 5 with the 4th toughest schedule to date ur hating ass fakkit period.....

Yes We do, lol
There's 4 years of evidence
Raptors need a third player
Someone like cousins or something to become title contenders
Lowry derozen are statistically some of the worst performers in playoff history
