Doesn't cost the Russians a lot to be in Syria. Before they intervened in the war, they had about 1200 men at Latakia. They still are going to fly their planes.
Also, Putin has said he's withdrawing several times over the last 18 months and the number of Russians on the ground hasn't... changed.

I don’t have nothing to gain by defending this , but it’s hilarious how the coli will spin anything . Yea the state of Russia is running low on money so they can’t support a war

Nope. It cost them peanut on their annual budget to be there. Russia is not some third world country. They have a good military budget, way behind the US, like everybody, but they are top 3/4 when it comes to budget. They are good.
And Putin got that election in a bag.
Assad is safe, he's weakened but he's safe. Russians will remain in their bases and that's it. Assad, Hezbollah and Iranians can deal with the rest. They did what they came in for.
