Sorry for your loss op. Had to put down my dog a couple of months ago after 15 years. They came over to the house and I had to hold her while they gave her the shot. She passed away in my arms R.I.P to your dog

Had to put my dog down last year 3 days before my bday... he had been suffering for a while.. vet gave him bad meds that caused him to go blind, contracted diabetes and went from 100 lbs to 40... was skin and bones... had tumors growing on his sides.. he let me know it was time and we did it in home where he was comfortable... I broke down afterwards... had him 10 years

My dog died 2 years ago from some type of abdomen infection. She was 14 but we had her only for 3 years, I cried for days breh. She was motionless in her bed and my family and I rushed her to the pet ER at 11 pm where they pronounced her dead

When I didn’t have her meeting me at the door excited everyday it really hit hard

Took me about 2 months to get over her not being here. I swore I would never buy another dog. I copped another one this January, but she was a new born. Same breed, same EXACT spirit. It’s like reincarnation or something, totally weird.
