Lol @ Peyton having damn near 3 seasons worth of these types of games than the next highest.

He's also played the longest so I guess that factors in.

This is a bs stat anyways, doesn't factor in when those points are scored

Looks like Rodgers never throws picks in those situations while Manning does, but Manning wins like 30% of those games. The basic premise is that Rodgers and McCarthy are too risk averse in situations that favor the bold.
no, thats a logical fallacy. there are no 'situations that favor the bold' stemming from this stat

you clowns gobble that stat up not even thinking... the stat is close to useless

simple situation: bears are up 23-7 late in the game. jay cutler goes and throws two pick sixes. game is now 23-21. bears win the game on a defensive stand.

this stat says jay cutler's such 'record' is 1-0 after this game. who the fukking hell cares ?

this stat tells you absolutely nothing about being in a shootout or any other garbage thing
moreover, it does not account for qbs stats when their team was leading, to team losing the lead because of their actions. it never accounts for qbs actions at all. it also doesnt account for some qbs offenses mounting a large comeback and still falling short. like I've said, it's a meaningless stat more or less.

oh and manning doesn't 'win' games. his team wins games. just like with any qb

no one said this particular stat is an end all be all of anything

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
interesting stat

really shows you how special brady and manning are…notice they don't dip to something like #7 or out of the top 10

No it doesn't. It just shows they were in a lot of high scoring games. Look at the number of times teams have scored at least 21 points. Those stats are useless because it doesn't take into account the context of the game. A team could be up 35 - 10 in the forth quarter and the winning team could go to prevent allowing their opponent to score garbage points. The only thing I got from this is the fact that some people got too much time on their hands to think of something like this, and actually taking the time to make a spreadsheet.

Hilarious since Alex Smith came to mind when I saw this thread. Fat Andy still rolled up the Brinks truck for that nikka. :mjlol:
