can we just not do this in 2028? Shapiro wins statewide elections in the most important swing state in the country; how the fukk is he "not likeable"?
the average american can't even name the 3 branches of government. you know what that means? they couldn't even find Palestine if you gave them a blank map of the middle east
fukk israel, AND fukk palestine. why are our elections hinging on these irrelevant foreign countries fighting over jerusalem?
Winning state elections doesn't mean anything to the general public nationwide. If you're not likable nationwide, Andrew Cuomo was an example of this before his scandals.
Across the Internet and social media, many people have expressed disdain towards him because he sympathized with Israel, but he has also shown himself in interviews to sympathize or try to appeal to Conservatives/MAGA. That alone turned a lot of Democrats off.
Many people think America is already in Israel's pocket, among other things, and somebody like Shapiro, who is Jewish btw, winning will just add more belief that the US is pushing Zionism. He's not very popular, as many thought; he's similar to Newsom, where their popularity is exaggerated and overstated. There's a reason that during Kamala's campaign tour, she kinda took a step back from having him present.
If people didn't want to give Biden or Kamala a break over this Israel-Palestine shyt, then they're not going to give a Jewish man named Josh Shapiro a break either. You might not have noticed, but there's somewhat of a quiet, subtle anti-Jewish, Israel, Zionist, etc movement going on in America. Whether it's all grandstanding or general concern, you'll be alienating the base by pushing him to the forefront.
Edit: I meant to say Josh Shapiro.
