shyt's hardI'm sorry this is a good song.
nah as I said it all boils down to him seeing the success Drake had with that lazy flow & thinking he could blow with it. Somebody ask him to post full versions on Twitter.
Sometimes I wonder it QM is mentally challenged. All he has to do is fix his voice, and drop a solid mixtape with a hit on it
Drake already paved the way for you QM. If you drop a quality project where you sound like drake, and have hits that the drake stans love (blessings,RICO, IYRTITL songs)
I need to stop you right there because that would never happen.
Drake's fan base called the DA on Meek. If you think they'd give QM a fair shake....no offense but you're insane. They'd rather not even acknowledge his existence.
Reading these QM threads I feel like I'm in The Twilight Zone because the criticism people give his music is exactly what I hear in Drake's music. QM ain't got a whole machine behind him to sell that he's "cool" though.
Fred.
QM has mixtapes. In fact, one of them is directly below the unholy track on his soundcloud. He dropped that one late last yearYes drake has his hardcore stans that would hate QM, but i still feel that there is a part of his fan base that would give QM the time of day.
I agree that QM doesn't have the backing like drake does. However, QM could have the backing of the "street hip-hop fans" or the "hip-hop heads" ,and also "the non-chalant drake fan". He could be cool because he is the "real", the "source".QM could reach out to a more urban fanbase, the fanbase that is partially satistfied with drakes music. QM could make music more relatable to them, while delivering the flow that they already love.
Let me clarify my previous post. I'm not trying to say that QM would take over drakes lane (if he dropped solid projects). I'm saying that he would, at the very least, have enough listeners that he could tour and make decent money.
I mean, at one point he had everyone paying attention to him. If he had put out a mixtape (with his current style or a different one) everyone would of listened to it. I know he wouldn't of hooked everyone with that mixtape, but I believe he would gotten a good amount of people to want to hear more.
Even if the situation didn't play out so well, QM should of at least tried
Maybe I'm the only one in the world that would listen to QM if he made better music

I haven't heard that tape, but, I did say that he should make hits. Songs that trend on the internet and will find you, not the kind of song where I have check if he dropped new music.QM has mixtapes. Breh you're giving people far too music credit. Most people are not going to approach this as rationally as you are.
Somebody already blew up off QM's sound, and it wasn't QM. The people that don't like Drake ain't gonna check for QM music for obvious reasons, and the people that do like Drake already got Drake.
The "street hip-hop" fans are probably listening to Gibbs.
All this is ignoring the fact that if QM's career took off in any capacity Drake's weirdo ass fan base would try to bury him.
So no it's not impossible for him to have a career but he's actually worse off right now than if he was a completely new artist.
