I’m a fan of the downtown and most of the immediate area surrounding it. It also has some old charm in addition to the obvious topographic features .. a number of poor black folks living right outside of downtown and that rubs me the wrong way. It’s beachy but not too beachy with a city-like component . Dunno I could live there , but I like visiting .
