Hey coli people
I realised dat every time i start working out ( weight or cardio)

I keep feeling hungry but after eat

I woke up every night at 3 am to go eat
Cuz my stomach make noise , it stop my sleep and the only way to sleep again is to eat something

Can y all tell me what is wrong ?
how can i stop this

I have been working out for 1 month now
I would imagine the lack of meat is a factor in hunger and satiety. If you are going to go vegetarian or vegan make sure you have a balanced nutrition plan.

What type of workouts do you do?

Are you eating 3 heavy meals? Try cutting it to 2 with a bit of snacking in between if necessary. If you eat a healthy and filling breakfast, you won't overeat on your next meal.
