you can make that in a day working out on a busy train station.
take off your shirt and do pushups on the platform, put out a collection cup and eat.

what's a crunch?I think there is a crunch in the area..on 39th st or something
There's a Blink around Bryant Park which is like 41st right off 6th Avenue. There's another one by Grand Central. I used to go to both and they're good. May be crowded around lunch hour
equinox

why fukk with gyms at all with all the nonsense that goes on in them.
bullying, harassment, stalking, solicitation, drugs and alcohol...fukk that.
so what's the best gym I can get for a week? It’s a block down on 40th/6th. The machines are old compared to the ones on 30th and 6th. I went this morning, more crowded (7:30am) than I would of imagined (despite where it is located).

I am not worried about price, I got the funds
I mean I don't wanna pay a month's price for one week
But I want a good gym, if I get a crazy experience then I don't mind paying a month's price for just a week
I will mainly be going in the mornings.
