There's a Blink around Bryant Park which is like 41st right off 6th Avenue. There's another one by Grand Central. I used to go to both and they're good. May be crowded around lunch hour

It’s a block down on 40th/6th. The machines are old compared to the ones on 30th and 6th. I went this morning, more crowded (7:30am) than I would of imagined (despite where it is located).

I’ve been a gym head for years and never encountered any of that. Then again, I’m a breh who minds his and just train. Just saying

thanks for all the responses
I'm there for only one week
I am not worried about price, I got the funds
I mean I don't wanna pay a month's price for one week
But I want a good gym, if I get a crazy experience then I don't mind paying a month's price for just a week
I will mainly be going in the mornings.

Just go to Blink. There's 3 of them within 10 minutes of each other and close by where you're staying.

What time in the morning? Keep in mind that's an area with a ton of offices so people will be in there heavy before 9 am. Might be best to get there between 10-11. The Grand Central gym is usually less crowded than Bryant Park. If you're going to primarily use dumbbells you should be okay at Bryant Park. You need a rack go to Grand Central.

Post workout meals in that area:ohlawd:

I suggest Cava Grill. There's two next to both gyms. Los Tacos no.1 is next door to the Grand Central gym.
