i was in chicago over the weekend and
everyone hears about the crime/violence but i didnt see anything to make me feel like i was in danger the entire time i was there. i bought some jordans from a ruvilla in the southside and didnt see anyone with
intentions
the nightlife is great, downtown is immaculate compared to dirty ass SF or NYC, the housing is ridiculously cheap
why aren't people moving there in droves?
1500$ can get me a 1 bedroom in a luxury highrise in the heart of downtown. that same 1500$ in SF = sharing a 400sq foot studio with a bunch of hipsters in SF. wtf.
the brutal winters can't be the only thing keeping people away.
someone from chicago tell me why i shouldnt move, and why i should stay in cali
