Just a couple of quick questions for the nofap experts/scientists.
If I'm not mistaken, the reasons to avoid fapping is because, if you do it, then you're not as hungry to approach women in the real world, and because once you do get a woman, if she doesn't meet the glamourous expectations that you saw in the porno videos then you won't be able to become erect. Is this correct?
My question here is what if you're just watching videos that are not some extreme level of gonzo porn. What if they're just videos of some regular sex moves that you already do anyway. Or just some random penis receiving head from a beautiful girl (you know, since many times the guys are not even in the camera shot). There's nothing that out-of-this-world about this. If it's just a regular girl giving regular head, then that can surely happen in your own life so it wouldn't be something so unbelievable.
Second question is, shouldn't a person fap anyway at least once a week for medical reasons, or at least twice a month? I don't have the figures on this, but I feel that any healthy male will do it or it'll just come out in some sort of wet dream, am I correct in this?
Not asking anyone to agree with me necessarily, just looking for some serious information that we can all use to better our lives.
