I know some of ya'll have sensitive stomachs, so if you're sensitive to topics that involve urine and feces...:camby:
I've been working out for about two months now. I'm a really skinny guy, I've been eating a lot more protein and I'm starting to put on more weight.

But, I noticed my piss is clear and my shyt is somewhat harder, but softer like diarrhea. It kinda looks like a brown powder, almost.

I was recently told by a friend that this means that my body is cleaning itself of the unhealthy food I used to eat and adjusting to my new diet. Is this true?

Yes it is. Your urine should always be as clear as possible. It shows that you're well hydrated. Also, your friend is right in that you are shytting out the toxins left over in your body.
