Honestly the fastest way is to not eat carbs and drink plenty of water but the catch is that if you start to eat carbs again then you will gain it all back plus more

Do 2000 jumping jacks a day, 14000 a week. Drink fruit smoothies instead of food for meals, go sit in a sauna for 30 minutes per day...

I'd go with this. Or look into a Daniel fast, I did one a couple years back, lost weight ( & muscle)

Add cayenne pepper to your diet as well

basically get low on carbs

the moment you eat a lot of carbs again, you'll feel like a fukking balloon
