I see haters trying to creep in saying it'll eventually grow "stale" or become annoying, but what ya don't realize is that was the entire point from the jump. the chant is supposed to be annoying.

bryan is a HEEL. the fans turning on YES! (which they wont) would be even better for his character than the chant being over. if he was a smiley faced Cena type, i could see it watering down, but he isn't. he's a dikkish heel, and that's why it'll continue to work.

and with that said, i think his stanbase is too strong for the crowd to ever turn on him. he's been a smark god since 2003. they aint just gonna cena him. especially when he continues to put on classics.

so I say all that to say this, bryan is over and will continue to be over. get used to it liggins :wow:

The IWC is fickle as hell they can turn on him. I mean they're slowly turning on Punk who was probably a bigger darling than Dragon.

Nah, he never was. Especially on here. People have been rooting for Bryan since the jump. Not the same for Punk who always had his critics going back to his SES days.

Difference is people always used to sell Bryan short. Nobody thought he had the mic skills or charisma or body type to make it to the top (I did but that's not the point). With Punk people seen him wrecking things on the indy scene and proclaimed him for greatness if only he could get the chance. Now that he's there some are turning on him. Doesn't make sense to me.

Bryan was always good...he was putting on 45 minute classics in the Indys and Japan. The knock and hate on him in any form was his so called "unproven" mic ability on the big stage and now look at him...he's been absolutely great on the mic this year and he has no peer in the ring in a post Eddie Guerrero WWE. He's the best there is.

Well the E is gonna ruin it by having him OVERDO it.

Like the other night after his SD match, he did it for like 2 mins. At a point it looks overly forced.

people are turning on Punk because he's reached Cena's territory of smiley babyface, and WWE probably ain't never gonna turn him heel again.

Bryan is a piece of shyt dikk, on the contrary. WWE ain't never gonna place that forever-babyface type stock in him lol.

what are the fans gonna do, boo him for annoying them? chant no instead?

hmm...:smugfavre:

sounds like the reaction they were going for in the first place

LOL

Punk's not even close to Cena at all. Did he get watered down a bit? Yeah.

But Cena not really.

D-Bryan is on a win/win scenario.

If he gets cheered, he's over. If he gets booed, it's a good thing because he is a heel. He's slowly starting to get that Cena reaction. You might love him or hate him, but he's gonna get a reaction :win:

It probably does, but it doesn't matter.

All the kid needed was a spark to be able to show the E he is marketable and people will get behind him.

Now that he's got multiple PPV title matches in this year he can show why the people should care about him, and he has.

He's a total heel and you got little kids wearing his t-shirts.

He's made, and his talents will keep him in good standing. This aint no Miz shyt where he was over-pushed and couldn't take advantage of the spotlight put on him

Nah, Punk was never bigger than Dragon as an IWC God.

Because Punk left at the height of his success in ROH, Dragon stayed for the long haul and only left when he had nothing left to accomplish.
