My sister used to do that shyt. I told her it must be nice to sit at a cubicle on a computer wearing a headset for 9 hours...she said that shyt was hell. It seems like easy money but it's so boring the turnover rate at her job (Netflix customer service) was ridiculously high. She said 9-10 hours felt like 20 hours.
It really depends on what you do. Some people love those jobs (rare, I know). The Key is to get into a company in which you have a passion for the product/service they are providing.
If not, you will be miserable.

Yeah I work for Garmin support its a good job but some days I be ready to quit so i feel you lol.

Always laughed at nikkas that couldn't make the cut....i basically got myself fired after I got my college degree....that being said....was like a buffet of thots

Especially if you're in a supervisor position.I know a nicca who works for Experian.
Ran through ape shyt amounts of thots.Had 3 baby mamas all at the same call center.
All preggo---at the same time--- within a 6 month period.
That women being attracted to power shyt is real.
Noticed the same thing when I worked for UPS when I was 19.
Supervisors got 1st dibs on any chick who passed through the hub.
and in most cases, they were the most broke/less paid niccaz in the field.
That how it was at UPS.The most ragged/bummy looking muthafukka would be making $30+ an hr
while the supervisors were making like $12 an hr or some shyt.It wasn't really a prestigious position like that
but thots went

I was a team lead and I helped the training classes....it also helped back then that I had 24s on the Explorer and peddled dime bags with my roomate.....I was a legend back then

I got fired from my last one (Comcast telemarketing) because my manager was a man-hating lesbian. She put me on suspension where I still had to show up to work but couldn't take any calls/make any money and then went out of town. I went to the department manager who didn't know what was going on and used my two weeks paid vacation time that had just kicked in the day before. bytch came back to find out I was on vacay and still getting paid. 
I came back after the two weeks and she fired me 5 minutes into my shift
