He's playing 90 - 95 games in domes(Rogers Centre and Tropicana Field), he excels in dry conditions, he'll be straight. Don't expect dikkey to be a Cy Young player, more like a 3.40 - 3.60 ERA guy w/ 200 innings. Still given that's a legit #2 , and he can be a mentor to some of the young pitchers.

2.20 ERA in the AL in 10 starts over the last 3 years, sure it's a small sample size, but Kuroda did well going from a pitcher's park in Dodger Stadium to the the Yankees.
