Don't give 2 fukks, lyrically speaking it was a dope ass verse.
Well it can't be helped if someone has low standards.

Link?He dissed Tupac, said kanye west had some of the worst albums in music history, said Eminem wasn't anything special, kendrick isn't top 5 lyricist

nikkas were acting like he said that after Pac diedand the 2pac suppose diss is understandable given the tension at the time, i swear you young bucks need to do yall homework in this bytch.

Pac was mainstream when he dropped MATW but before that he was underground, and it was evident on his production/sound of S4MN and 2pacalyspe Now.You do know that 2pac wasn't really a mainstream artist right? He was everyday rapper of his age. Mainstream America didn't pay attention to ANY of his songs until he became infamous for the cops incident, and even then, Dear Mama is probably the only song that registered with mainstream America.
Ra is cool...a good lyricist, dope artist, but not Top 5. His collabos with Black Market, he's probably ranked last out of all of them. I don't think Kendrick is Top 5 either.
Was more replying to your diss at me having shytty standards when it comes to lyrical content. You realize these lists are based on popularity and nothing else, right ?
I mean they got Kanye's verse from New Slaves @number 3.
I throw these Maybach keys
I wear my heart on the sleeve
I know that we the new slaves
I see the blood on the leaves
I see the blood on the leaves
I see the blood on the leaves
I know that we the new slaves
I see the blood on the leaves
so
btw I love that verse, it just doesn't fit lyrical criteria very much, it's good verse delivery wise. Same with Kendrick's verse.
And that Earl Sweatshirt verse on Hive that they listed was more lyrical than K-dot's.![]()
dont know where you got this from breh but in you have a source magazine from 90s he name Ra Rugged Man by name in his top 5. This was the around the same time he had words for E-40 and said in the same article that 40 was a zero compare to him (him meaning BIG)
Post the article...The 30 second audio interview i heard BIG speak on this track wouldnt lead me to believe he thinks of him as a top 5 lolol.
He basically said he didnt know who the fukk he was and that he only did that track cuz they paid him a boatload,no other reason...
I assume we talkin about prime Em. If Em woulda retied after 8mile, I think more people would respect his skills a lot more than they do. That c@c was monster. I miss old Shadywhy are folks who i never seen posted coming out the woodwork to comment in this thread. But honestly if RA and Eminem were to battle it would be epic
