I was up in the Bay when this happened, and my sister came and picked me up playing some Mobb Deep, I was loving life up there, 3 Michelin star spots and Omkasa suhsi, I couldn't really pay my tribute to P the way I needed to.

The grimy classics that I've listened to since 1998/1999, played to reflect and chronicle my own life, since I first heard Quiet Storm, 9th grade listening to HNIC and "Keep It Thoro" on the Backstage SDTK, to Infamous Mobb album, to summer 2003 playing Free Agents, Backwards, and Solidified,

To being on the jail bus in 2004 hearing the "Got It Twisted" remix for the first time, after playing "Got It Twisted" all summer, running wild at parties

To hearing Amerikaz Nightmare a few days before going to jail first time

To being in the halfway house when "Return of The Mack" dropped

Copping HNIC 2 in 2008 on the way to a PO appointment

That little EP in 2011, and the track with Nas and Hav

It's been a longtime with his music. Really was special to me.
