I think it actually benefits everyone. Liv can go out and become something else on a different brand. Ruby and Sarah Logan can contend for the tag titles. Ruby won't have to sit back anymore.

Yeah, but they could have done that already with Liv there. Maybe have Ruby go after the RAW women's title and if Liv and Sarah win the tag belts, they could have had a dominant stable running shyt.
It would make sense to me if Liv was ready for a singles run, but it comes off as a random choice. Ruby will most likely end up turning on Sarah, and once that happens, you'll have at least two members of the group wandering aimlessly with no direction.
