this is what I was assuming they were going to do that is legit the only thing they need case closed. As of now I have not read anything about a video. The only thing I know they are requesting is sample of sperm on a shirt to be tested and something about snoring.
I'm trying to figure out why this is a RICO case and not a statutory rape or other kind of case...The RICO scenario seems to be unraveling especially with people saying that they acted on their own or Kelly didn't tell them to do stuff.....The girls did what they did because of some type of want for gain....And I didn't realize how un-credible some of them were. That beyond reasonable judgement is fairly tough to come by if they give you legitimate reason to be concerned.

Honestly if they had tapes they would have leaked to the press by now. Or at least screen caps and graphic details of them. They leaked everything else and the media has been working overtime to drag him through the mud in the court of public opinion and taint the jury pool.
They tried a Rico cause each of the individual cases are easily beatable cause all these chicks are proven liars, criminals, groupies, and have no credibility on their own. So instead of making the case about each woman they are making about him running some criminal sex enterprise.

It was wild. Ended in a mistrial because the prosecution f'd up and showed us more than we were supposed to see on a video interview. A guy was on trial for raping his own underaged daughter but the girl was on the stand and straight up denied it. Then there was this psychologist talking about how kids suppress trauma especially to protect their parents. Completely dark shyt.
Then after the mistrial we were in the jury room and the lawyers from both sides come in and tell us "yeah this guy was basically already imprisoned for another case and you all didn't know this but we messed up on the video play back so we have to do the trial over"
Completely blew my mind that:
1. That psychological suppression is real. The young girl was lying on the stand to protect her daughter when there was proof from the detectives on the scene that she was sexually assaulted
2. This dude was already doing time for another similar charge and the jury had NO idea
