As of now and this is before the defense I don't think they have proved the case against him. Beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't think they will be able to convict him on these current charges. And this is before the defense actually begins on Monday I assume.

Maybe that’s another case I guess…the only tape they had was some audio of him screaming at a chick who stole from him on multiple occasions.
The rico charges a joke. This an example of the government staking charges to get a plea deal or football numbers.

What people are not seeing is that RICO laws were created to take down organized crime which before that FEDS were failing miserably.
They then started using RICO to go after local street gangs and low level dealers.
Now they are using them to try and go after individuals which is dangerous for the rest of us.
When ever the FEDS pull shyt like this it sets a very dangerous case law precedent.

If they have it , then it would be in the discovery packet. So his defense would be aware of it as well. Atleast in my understanding. Could be different in federal court when it comes to discoverieswhat happened to all those tapes that were a slam dunk
With all the immunity given to all these parties. If they were not provided immunity then it would be a stronger case for rico . They all worked in unison and contributed to the conspiracy to fulfill r.kellys demands. Every single person given immunity would be charged and it would be related to the furtherance of the crimes Kelly is being charged for.
I'm not even seeing the crimes that I could prove at this point that a competent defense attorney probably couldn't explain away. If it comes down to he said she said I can't really do nothing with that....
I haven't dug in or heard/read the testimonies coming out the court room. I'll look into it more because rico indictments always get me interested.
I know you don't see the rico indictment from my brief overview of the thread. I'll monitor it. Do you work in any legal capacity?
