Get the public to turn on him. There were never any tapes. The convicted felon Michael avenatti even said he had one and turned it over to the Feds. That also turned out to be a lie. If there had been tapes they wouldn’t of had to use all them lying groupies they rehearsed with.

Kelly,” defendant herein, did knowingly employ, use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce a minor, namely Minor 1, to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct, namely, Video 1, and defendant knew or had reason to know that such visual depiction would be transported in interstate or foreign commerce or mailed, or such visual depiction was actually transported in interstate or foreign commerce or mailed." 4 charges of that its 4 tapes.
those were his chicago charges and these are his charges in nyc https://www.justice.gov/usao-edny/press-release/file/1182201/download i got the cases mixed up. Chicago has the tapes this case has nothing to do with those tapes and avenatti did have them

For this one I’m thinking split/hung jury. I don’t think they used a good charging plan/theory. The next case in Chicago where they have the videos that is where I think he will catch it.

No sex tapes involved in this case. The only video/audio they had was of him screaming at some chick who stole from him multiple times and he was saying he didn’t trust her.
the case In Illinois is the one where they say they have videos for.
