The whole Shane wanting to buy UFC in the mid-2000's story annoys me. I still agree with Vince's take on why he shouldn't and didn't buy UFC. Vince McMahon being the owner of UFC immediately tarnishes its brand and makes people think the fights are fixed. That just tanks the brand immediately. Even the XFL had that when it first launched. If Shane believed it in so much, he should have invested in it himself.
