I just want a political black African movement at all the African countries and economically kick out all non blacks out of Africa.

I just hope true pan African Angolans are trying to fight off the c00ns and non blacks out of Angola.

This is gonna be difficult because we've had a leader who was anti-white before...and he fukked up big time.
You see this leader was heavily on that "ALL CACS OUT:pacspit:" tip. He even waged war on the current government for about 26 years (no less)...countless Angolans died because he wanted the presidency to control the country's direction and in the end he lost...leaving a severely diminished population (only 21 million in a 481,400 sq miles land). His name was Jonas Savimbi...dude was either almost as bad as Kony or worse (I can't know because the victors are the ones who write history).

Whoever misses him can join his army in COD Black OPs 2 though :manny: so there's that haha.

Fun fact: Savimbi was the first black Angolan to be invited into the White House. The US was backing him in the destruction of our land for the presidency. The fact is made even more fun because the man who invited Savimbi was the same man whose administration flooded the urban cities in the US with crack. In the 80's. So I guess that I got the hate for Reagan to share with African-Americans.

Savimbi chose to affiliate himself with the wrong people. At independence he had an equal chance with the Soviet backed MPLA but he lost it when he started getting help from the West and the Apartheid regime. I find it interesting that he positioned himself as the Africanist among the rival liberation parties and ended up entangled with Governments that were for the most part anti-liberation. The Communist bloc which supported independence movements were better for regional diplomacy. The elite are a mix of so called assimilated blacks , white leftists, and mixed race people who have been in power ever since 1975. Race is not as clear in defining interests in many former Portuguese colonies.I have met some black Angolans who do not speak an African language because they belong to the assimilated groups and some of them even carry Portuguese last names. Everywhere else in Southern Africa where the British because of their class system would have never thought of creating that type of buffer with blacks and consider them British you have racial groups aligning themselves different.

Savimbi came through with a good message but he just ended up fighting for fighting sake , he is no different to Dhlakama in Mozambique except that he had the craftiness to survive even without the backing of the US and Apartheid SA whereas Dhlakama folded the moment apartheid collapsed. He had the advantage of controlling some diamond trade and got backing from a few African countries that probably wound up regretting it.

I don't really feel like quantifying it tbh. Because between his personal greed and his levels of racism, it's both hard and depressing to distinguish.

Savimbi was exactly as naive as the Light dude from Death Note. His battle went from achieving justice to retaining power...a naive dead-end that most able men get to when they forget to think about what several sacrifices can do to any man.
:manny:

It's the dudes with the highest sense of "justice" that often blur the lines to achieve said justice...Hitler, Savimbi, same shyt different toilets. Their battles are righteous until they aren't anymore...all because the stubbornness that enables them is the same one that leads them to their graves. Sadly such type of men don't push up flowers on their own usually. A lot of people die trying to fulfill their visions.

What's his views on racism?:ohhh:

That's the thing...it's hard to know, he was conscious enough to kick the russian lady to the curb and date black only afterwards. He's conscious enough to make sure the top isn't filled just with light-skinned/mixed brehs (there are no actual cacs in high positions of power last I checked), but he's dumb enough to invest a shytload of money into the Portuguese economy on some Stockholm Syndrome shyt. In fact, Angola is a big reason as to why Portugal hasn't gone Greece atm.

Several Angolan billions have disappeared on that land on many a failed projects with the colonizers children and grand-children.
He surrounds himself with both blacks and whites as the occasion deems appropriate, a chameleon of the highest order he is. On some evil Boss type of shyt.

The man is an enigma. That's the best way I can put it.

In a different era a good Hollywood screenwriter could produce a good celluloid product with all the social dynamics going on in Angola. Today's social media/short attention span/ audience may not be interested in such a film but i would, especially the civil war history, miscegenation, and economic growth. I see the Portuguese been on that jungle fever steeze for a minute. Learned a lot in the article. Already knew about the president's daughter balling like Oprah. Wonder if she's using that wealth to improve the education system for the masses.

Those black security guards at massa's house :mjlol:

This also caught my eye.

Surprising as it may be, during first Angolan President Agostinho Neto’s rule (1975-1979), there were plenty of white faces in the government. That quickly changed during the 1980s, under Angola’s current President José Eduardo Dos Santos. There are, however, still dozens of white and mestiço generals in the army.

“Agostinho Neto wanted to compensate all those who had fought in the bush for Angolan independence, which included quite a number of white Portuguese Angolans,” Ico explained.
