How about we compare that percentage to french blacks. how about we compare the buying power of black canadians to black americans.

Ive written a good 3 pages which explains my stance, from size difference between the country, to history, to percentage between whites and blacks, to economic and cultural difference, while at the same time explaining in no way is the U.S rinsed from racial tension, however it being far more progressive than any western country (this can't be contested)

Canada is only crackin near the U.S border (for obv reasons), its the second largest country in the world with the population of california in it LOL. What is your point and how does that pertain to the racial differences between black americans vs black canadians. How will there be racial tension in a country with only 2% blacks and only 2 generations of black people that don't threaten the majority at all. Black Canadians don't have a voice to upset their majority enough to constitute any kind of tension. Canada doesn't have that history to say whether it would have gone through the same issues or not. It doesn't even have close to the same numbers to state those claims of social progression over the U.S.

In places where the numbers are tilting, you're seeing a lot of low key angry Canadians. See Vancouver, specifically areas like Surrey, West Ham.
