Is to make police officers and everyone within and involved with police departments all over America afraid. There are unborn people who will be racists. People are still passing down their racism to their children and their children's children. I don't see it going away anytime soon.
Police officers need to feel extreme fear that if they kill someone unwarranted, that they will be going to prison for life no ifs, ands or buts.
Police officers unlawfully killing citizens is official misconduct, and there should be consequences for doing so.
This police misconduct/brutality problem will most likely not be solved within our lifetime. If the news stops reporting on these issues, unfortunately many will stop thinking about them and will no longer think it's an issue.
The judicial and prison systems are so corrupt that I don't even know where to start.
