Also Saudi Arabia is a country that's ruled by and named after a family, the Saudis. Every civic government officials and diplomat is part of the royal family which has thousands of members.

Saudi Arabia is probably among the most racist nations with a disgusting human rights record but they do treat anyone with a Saudi Nationality with some form of respect as long as he isn't against the Monarchy.. As for blacks with no citizenship they get treated quite badly.
