Then go straight to store manager or union rep. Play recording walk out and say next call is to a lawyer unless Walmart gives you a chq not to report him.

Its been.my experience that being slightly confrontational withought being too physically imposing is the best way to handle this. You may want to think about.confronting him in quick fashion. Nothing too long and drawn out. Just quick checks in a deep voice so he knows you mean business. If they try and say you are starting something you can then bring up the racial element.

I feel you, but that's not really my personality though

I'm a laidback dude that likes to stay quiet and just plot and hit you with a suprise.

Which is why I made this thread and doing research on how I can get this weirdo fired.

Yeah makes sense. I may have missed this but If you haven't already, let him know you're onto his shyt but ya may have to be very subtle about it so he can't go cry like a bytch to superiors like you're "threatening" but... he'll get it.

:ehh:That's actually good that a lot of your other coworkers don't like him, so he's a well known douchebag and management probably knows he a headass too and want to get rid of him. Sometimes it's the other way though and it is what it is.

I work at Wal-Mart and I'm starting to suspect that my supervisor(a eastern european) is a racist.

There's been two incidents that made me believe that he's a racist.

1- A few weeks ago, he wanted me to drop off boxes at a certain area in the store near the grocery area.

I wasn't too sure at which exact area, so he told me to drop it off near the "bananas".

That in itself doesn't sound too suspect, it did raise my white supremacy antenna, but it wasn't that suspect, but then the second incident happened a few nights ago

2 - As we were getting ready to finish up our shift, he asked me in which area I wanted to do stocking.

I wasn't too sure, so I started thinking and then he asked if I wanted to stock the bananas. He then looked at my co-worker (who I'll be using as a witness when talking to my manager) and then started laughing.

Now if you know anything about my position, you'll know that we dont work nowwhere NEAR the grocery area.

All we stock is Pets, Paper Goods and Chemicals.

So now I'm convinced that he's a racist. What also made me suspicious of him is in which the manner he talks to me.

Many racists will take on a condescending, patronizing, disposition when talking to a Black person, and he always talks to me like that.

Allot of times he'll even treat me like I'm a little pet of his or something. Not in a blatant disrespectful manner, but in a childlike, condescending manner.



Do any of yall have any suggestions on what to do, or what to expect when talking about this situation to my manager.

Now this situation isn't hazardous to my work experience or anything.

Like, he doesn't harrass me or anything. But I just want to make sure that he doesn't get away with what he said. I want him to be punished for it.

Here’s my advice too you, don’t get mad because it’s easy to punch that bytch ass cac on his jaw and break it..

You got to monetize racist cacs and foremost start recording the cac each and every time he ask you to do something, also document the date and times of the incident

Second gather enough recorded evidence, and written evidence then file an EEOC compliant of racist discrimination and work place harassment

Third hire a lawyer that’ specializes in labor laws..

Fourth your lawyer will take the findings to HR and tell Wal-Mart there is recorded and written evidence of their employee engaging in harassing and discriminatory behavior and that you are filing a lawsuit against them

Fifth Wal-Mart will conduct their own investigation and come to the conclusion they don’t have the PR mess and fire that cac and cut you a nice check

You cool with anyone there, especially one of the cacs. Have the cac with you when he starts going in so you have a witness.

And as someone said, file a complaint straight with HR, not the manager.

They will fire him immediately.

That's the whole point lawyer will say settle up and sign and nda right away.

As news of this and a recording in TMZ wld harm Walmart in news.

yeah another good observation

he's kinda known for being annoying and I get the impression that some of the management dont like him either
