In some ways, you can say white women are actually worse than white men. Because they can straddle the fence between being the majority(white) and being a minority(female).

What I like about it is they can't really blame anybody. "I said ****** on twitter and someone forward it to my corporate jobs Facebook and I got fired"

They can't say "I got fired because of blacks" or "they got me fired" they have to use an I statement or some sort of self accountable statement.

They are crafty though so they will find a way to justify what they said and did and got fired for and still come out the victims. "Freedom of speech....."

Although a majority of jobs have the right to terminate...so in a battle for the right to terminate vs the freedom of speech what wins?

I say right to terminate because inflammatory remarks are frowned upon and although you have the freedom to express, it's better you keep them to yourself.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences.

Govt cant stifle speech but your employer is a private entity. Them employing you does not equate to freedom of speech

Difference is, we aren't on The Coli as our real names. People who post under their real name must stand by their words and the consequences after. If you have a job they tell you day one that you represent that company everywhere you go, not just at the workplace.
