Las Vegas taking the broom stick up the ass for the Raiders, and Addelson will force Mark Dufuss out if he can secure this move.
Nah man...that shyt getting paid with a tourist tax...not one cent from this stadium getting paid from locals my man... plus that stadium going to be used for other events like boxing UFC college football concerts etc....vegas is the entertainment capital of the world ....think of Jerry's world times 10Las Vegas taking the broom stick up the ass for the Raiders, and Addelson will force Mark Dufuss out if he can secure this move.
So the hotel tax gonna pay for the stadium, and it's gonna pay for the Covention center expansion too...Nah man...that shyt getting paid with a tourist tax...not one cent from this stadium getting paid from locals my man... plus that stadium going to be used for other events like boxing UFC college football concerts etc....vegas is the entertainment capital of the world ....think of Jerry's world times 10
You think tourists taxes is gonna front both? Breh, Vegas just came out of a recession where tourism was down like 30%, and we have no clue which direction this country is going this upcoming election. shyt sounds all sweet, until Vegas starts looking like Hill Valley after Biff took over in Back to The Future part 2 if shyt goes south.
...vegas recession was due to the wall Street housing crash...that shyt is over ...vegas is booming again... tourism is back to pre recession levels
Addelson pushing the stadium because he wants to block the Convention Center expansion. Dude doesn't give a shyt about LV or the Raiders, he wants those funds to choke off the subsidy to to the Convention Center, which competes with his own Convention center. He's going to hurt a lot of people who depend on those trade shows and conventions if the business goes else where. The way it looks both are getting the green light and both off a tourist tax...vegas recession was due to the wall Street housing crash...that shyt is over ...vegas is booming again... tourism is back to pre recession levels

The other owners had him lookin' funny in the light during that meeting where the Rams won the vote to go to LA. But he stayed cool about it and now he's about to have his very own market and its Vegas of all places
... and have a new stadium
Nobody thought he had the balls or brains to pull off something like this. Ole Al is lookin' down on his boy from above like
Inbox me. I'll add you to my mailing list..take pics and upload plz

Mark showed some muscle, so I can't hate him for that but Addelson is such a scumbag, and I think ultimately he involuntary wrestles the team away from Baby Davis.Yeah low key I do wonder if Vegas will start to price a lot of tourist out one day cause you gotta have the average joe and the big baller making frequent trips to Vegas.
-On another note this is a hell of a comeback-power move by Marc DavisThe other owners had him lookin' funny in the light during that meeting where the Rams won the vote to go to LA. But he stayed cool about it and now he's about to have his very own market and its Vegas of all places

I really want them to stay in Oakland myself but you're missing the key component... The A's are in the f*cking way!! The Raiders could easily upgrade The Oakland Coliseum but they can't cause the city is backing the A's and they have the longer lease at the stadium. The Raiders hands are tied in this matter as far as staying in Oakland is concerned. And I believe Al Davis and Andelson were tight and Andelson is looking out for his son Marc Davis. They're all Jewish. Its a Jew thang. Plus he wants his convention center to be the main choice when companies have conventions in Vegas.. Oakland is focused on the A's cause they can make more money from 80 home games as compared to 8-10 Raider home games. On another forum somebody broke it down that Oakland doesn't benefit at all by help funding a new stadium for the Raiders outside of saying that we're an NFL city.Pete, this isn't a power nothing by Mark Davis, dude is a millionaire looking for a sugar daddy billionaire to build a stadium for him and he's found one in Adelson. Adelson is as crooked as they come and I doubt the NFL owners want him to join the club with Adelson's legal issues with his casinos. I'm not counting Oakland out until the owners vote. The owners made Mark Davis look like a fool in that meeting especially with him thinking that they had the votes to move, saying one thing and then doing the complete opposite.
Oakland is still trying to get a deal done and if Ronnie Lott is able to come through, it will be Adelson - crooked casino Billionaire who wants to buy part of the team vs Ronnie Lott who is leading a group of African Anerican investors to do the impossible and build a stadium in Oakland.
The main thing is that the Oakland city council WILL NOT raise one single Penny for a new stadium...the only way the raiders stay is if Goodell gets involved and swings a deal with some heavy hitter silicon valley folks and connects them with Ronnie Lott's group...that could happen...there is a shyt ton of money out there...but they are way behind time wise...Vegas has the momentum right now...they got the backing of the two most powerful owners and most of all they have a solid PLAN that is about to get passed in weeks and it doesn't even need to be voted on by the public... once that happens it's up to the owners in JanuaryI really want them to stay in Oakland myself but you're missing the key component... This should've happened years ago and can happen today only IF Marc Davis were to sell percentages of his team but he won't sell. There's billions upon billions in the bay but Marc is trying to keep his team to himself like his father did. And low key I think Goodell, Jerry Jones(2nd commish), and the other owners are frothing at the mouth at the thought of the Raiders having a new stadium in a new market(vegas), the Rams with a new stadium, the Chargers with a new stadium, and the 49ers stadium is only a couple of years old. They already have the bay area market with the Niners. I want the Raiders to stay in Oakland but with the city not wanting to pony up any money, which I understand, and the world domination-greediness of the NFL and its owners, you kinda see the direction to which the wind is blowing. The main thing is that the Oakland city council WILL NOT raise one single Penny for a new stadium...the only way the raiders stay is if Goodell gets involved and swings a deal with some heavy hitter silicon valley folks and connects them with Ronnie Lott's group...that could happen...there is a shyt ton of money out there...but they are way behind time wise...Vegas has the momentum right now...they got the backing of the two most powerful owners and most of all they have a solid PLAN that is about to get passed in weeks and it doesn't even need to be voted on by the public... once that happens it's up to the owners in January
