The real story is that Jerry doesn't want them sniffing around about moving to San Antonio which is Cowboys territory. Plus Rams owner Kronke want's LA all to himself, and the Chargers owner is happy cause he won't have to move to LA. The Rams and Chargers don't want the Raiders in Southern Cali because they'll argueably be the most popular team in the Southland and will eat heavily into their profits

This is so bang on. Jerry is also tight with Kroenke. Raiders to LA would kill the Rams. And your also right about the Chargers concerns.

San Antonio was never real. Raiders still reign supreme in so cal regardless. Chargers still don't even know what they're doing yet, the vote ain't happened.

I hope the owners block this shyt.
I want us to stay in Oakland too but $750 million towards a new stadium will damn near be impossible to turn down. The NFL is getting stagnant. They needed LA back into the mix and evedently they see a new marketing/entertainment/profit opportunity in Vegas. City of Oakland has turned their backs to the Raiders and maintained their backing of the A's

Yeah but their biggest scare and threat was the Raiders moving to LA. They only wanted to go to LA so the Raiders couldn't move down here. With the Raiders going to Vegas they now have all the time in the world to get their stadium issues fixed in San Diego

Ya Mark Davis could easily keep the team in Oakland where they belong and have a stadium a NICE stadium built without public money...but he will never do that shyt... he's wants to be like his dad ..and worried about his legacy... he won't sell....dude got lucky as hell here in Vegas tho... found a billionaire willing to give him 3/4 of a billion dollars for a brand new stadium and a city that is paying for the rest of it...he truly hit the jackpot here
How can he keep the team in Oakland and build a stadium without public money? Davis is at the bottom of worth amongst the NFL owners.

They were going to LA to share a stadium with the raiders. They don't have all the time in the world, if the vote don't pass they're still going to LA.

Yes they were going to share a stadium with the Raiders if they won that relocation vote but the Rams won and that f*cked both of their sh*t up. If they won, the Raiders and Chargers would've been in LA and the Rams would still be in St. Louis. They were on the clock because after the Rams won LA they had first dibs to go to LA and join the Rams but they had to come up with a decision this upcoming January. If they decided to stay in San Diego then the Raiders were free to move to LA. It was the Chargers first then the Raiders second. But now the Raiders are saying f*ck LA we going to Vegas so the Chargers are like :blessed: We don't have to come up with a decision this upcoming Januray. We can take 2-3 years or however long it takes to get things worked out.

Outside of LA Raider fans the Rams got LA locked up. Nobody likes the Chargers in LA because its San Diego's team plus this is still Raider territory. They would fall off the map trying to move to LA. I ever heard that if they do move to LA they would cease being the Chargers and do a complete rebrand- new name and all. That's the only way they would be able to do anything in LA

so many Ls for the city of oakland in a short time. first warriors announced they're moving to SF, now raiders to LV and eventually the A's will dip out as well. to make matters worst the city is getting gentrified so the communities are getting bounced out

My muthafukkin self
fukk that, they belong in Oakland.

I hope the owners block this shyt.

Breh wise up. Oakland, don't want the Raiders there breh, if they did they would of got this shyt taken care of anyways. Check the Raiders thread, I posted a tweet from the mayor saying Oakland is baseball town, not football and there behind keeping the A's and could give a fukk about Oakland. Its over breh, we about to eat in Las Vegas.

:blessed:
