Every good team basically already have a point guard

The Rockets, Pacers, Mavericks, and Heat are all in need of a good point guard and if any of them got Rondo (and kept their best players) they'd immediately skyrocket into title contending status; not sure if financially any of them could make it work.

I said good teams none of those are good teams. Specifically the rockets

With Rondo though they'd be very good to great teams. How are the Rockets and Mavericks not good teams when they won 50+ games last season? The Heat and Pacers were the two best teams in the East last season though they both fell off over the summer of course.

We know that shyt. They didn't get along.

I'm not denying that they didn't get along towards the end but the notion that Rondo ran Ray out of town is exaggerated as hell. It should also be worth noting that Ray was the only teammate Rondo didn't get along with and if everyone is getting along with Rondo except one guy then maybe Rondo wasn't the problem. Ray left the Celtics mainly because he was mad that Bradley took his starting job, because he was bitter that the Celtics brought back KG before they started discussions with him and because he felt he had a better chance to win a title with Miami, which was proven to be true.

Knicks or Lakers is about to make it happen......................Interested in seeing which one

Imagine Anthony getting easy points, benefiting from a true facilitator, nikka had to work so hard for his points the past 2 seasons.......................

That's not how it works with Rondo. Within a month, Anthony would be complaining about his lack of touches and how Rondo has the ball too much. Rondo pounds the ball more than CP3.

:camby: Knicks are implementing the triangle.Rondo would be the Woat fit for that system he can't shoot and needs the ball

Exactly.

I wonder how all those Rondo lover Celtics fans feel about their golden boy now?? :sas1:
These fools shytted on Pierce to big up Rondo.. Rondo hasn't even played two seasons alone and he already wants out. What a fukking fraud. Try playing with shytty teammates and landing no big name free agents for most of your career like Pierce did. :sas2:

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
I'm about to get my @tremonthustler1 on in here

I'm actually not opposed to trading Rondo, the problem is if the Celtics were gonna go that avenue, it should have happened 2 months ago

not sure what's out there or who'd be interested at this point

the Knicks, Lakers, Pistons, Rockets, Pacers are all easy choices... but what do any of them have?

Greg Monroe is interesting, but not sure his appeal is as nice when he's attached to a max contract

I'm sure Wallace/Rondo could match up in a trade for Amare, but what appealing picks and prospects do the Knicks have to add to that to make this deal?

@VMR is on point tho, gotta dump that Gerald Wallace contract in any deal

We're not super strong at any position, but if I'm looking for anything in this deal, it'd be a rebounding defensive minded center

why not the kings, weren't they obsessed with him?

They'll still be in on it, but he continues to make it clear he won't resign...

Plus their two most appealing players (obviously Boogie ain't getting dealt) are Stauskas and McLemore, and we're kinda already in the midst of a logjam at that position

People saying Knicks?

I entertained that idea before Phil came. Now? They don't need him. Besides I expect Gasol and Monroe to be much higher on the list to target than Rondo

I could see the Mavs, Rockets or Indy going after him but other a few select teams, I don't see where he ends up. Most teams already have a starting PG in place
