This is the sports section, so I'll just say this. Most black people work for supremacists or get shytted on by white supremacy daily, yet do nothing to combat it. So it's one thing to feel some type of way how those players handled it, buts it's another thing to criticize when you likely do nothing to combat white supremacy.
If you're involved with efforts to empower blacks, then by all means I give props, and I'll keep it moving.

You likely know nothing about me or what I do in my daily and shouldn't reach.

We can play tag all day with the "I would've boycotted" vs "you would have done the same if you were them" debate. These are theoretical "what if?" scenarios that will never manifest. We can only go by reality: what they decided to do and what we thought of it.

I thought it was weak. I thought they could've made the kind of statement that'd go down in history books. I thought they could've had an incredibly positive influence on the black conscious on an international scale. I also thought it would've been the safest boycott ever because anyone Sith sense would've been on their side, and even if they were punished severely they're still multi millionaires. I thought they dropped the ball big time and I don't see the same anymore after the fact. Add to the fact Doc Rivers openly expressed empathy for Sterling's equally scummy wife and I can never support that team in any capacity.

Due to the bone headed "hands up, don't shoot" act by the number of Rams players on the Sunday game the Time Out Bar & Grill will no longer support the St Louis Rams, so we will no longer have Happy hours for the Rams games and all signs and pictures will be off the walls... We have to stand up to thugs who destroy our community and burn down local businesses, and boycott the other thugs/organizations who support them...

This is actually pretty disgusting.

An act as innocuous as raising their hands, and the business is ready to boycott the team?! Everyone who supports Mike Brown was looting businesses?!

Off topic, but many white people hate discussing race or bringing it up to the point where they eventually come across racist. My favorite line:
