What’s particularly egregious about Jeff Roorda helping to thwart justice in this case is that Roorda was once a police officer in the St. Louis area until he was fired for repeated incidents of misconduct, including the falsification of multiple reports.
As a sign of just how twisted the justice system is in St. Louis, Roorda, who lost the appeal of his termination, was then hired as a police chief the next town over and, instead of being set back for his misconduct, began to shoot up through the political ranks as a man who would stand up for police officers by any means necessary. Soon he became head of the St. Louis Police Union and a leader in the charity, Shield of Hope, which is behind the $500,000 in funds that have been raised for Darren Wilson.

I think after the sterling situation a lot of of people are opening their eyes to the fact a lot of these black athletes are c00ns that are so far removed from growing up without being pampered and coddled that they have no racial identity
I think if this happened in the 60's and 70's....and then the police took it to the next level by attacking the players on their own turf.....there would be massive boycotts. but these soft #newblack athletes are just gonna continue getting fukked for their paycheck. shout out to the rams players that made a stand and hopefully they do it bigger next home game

Real talk, we need to find ways to support such athletes and anyone else pushing for the cause. Do they have their own websites where they sell some merchandise or something?
And from what I'm seeing, i don't think NFL players get much of a cut from the jersey sales, its usually the league and the teams getting the bulk of the cut.
