The Eastside of Miami Gardens consists of more middle-class Black families if anything. Areas like Norland are nicer than the rest of Miami Gardens. Its the West Side of Miami Gardens(Carol City) where it gets wild.

This was supposed to happen way back in 2005. Remember how they started building clubs near overtown. Karu & Y. Condos and shyt was supposed to be built. The real estate crash hit though and it halted. My boy who lived in Overtown was telling me that they wanted to move all the hood shyt to broward. I didn't believe it, but the started with Davie road ext. A housing project is out there. That were some of his folks were transferred for section 8. Overtown never blew up though because of the crash.
