It’s really hard to sustain weight loss if you have low self esteem and hate yourself. You have to heal and embrace yourself to make positive changes that last. I don’t understand how people expect people to even be motivated to lose weight if they don’t start with self love. Your self esteem doesn’t just magically change overnight. Any good trainer knows that negative self talk eventually sabotages the effort. So good on her and smh at the people who don’t get it.
