You're probably the only one who believes that dumb shyt tho. You literally live in your own head.

The Cavs shuffled their lineup again in what could be a significant step toward the postseason. Iman Shumpert started in place of Kevin Love, who was resting.

Cavs coach Tyronn Lue indicated, however, Shumpert's move into the lineup is long term. When Love returns Saturday night against the Boston Celtics, he will likely be at center. The Cavs have used the three-guard look to close games before; now they're going to start with it.

The Cavs have every intention of playing small going forward and that means Lebron at the 4. You're arguing with your damn self.
Yeah it's quite clear you don't watch Cavs games at all. Cleveland started with a Kyrie/JR/Bron/Love/Mozgov lineup against the Celtics, and while LeBron did play at the 4 when they went small - Tristan and Love were still predominately the main front court players. Furthermore their best small ball lineup is at Love at the 5 - to stretch the floor - which I've been trying to tell you all along. Here you are arguing that Wiggins would be of more value than Love to the Cavs, then making an argument that contradicts that by referencing a lineup which has Love at the 5 (Bron at the 4) as their 'main' lineup. Which again if there was no Love and the Cavs had Wiggins, LeBron wouldn't be able to play at the 4 like he does (well, certainly less often) because they wouldn't have a big man that can shoot to play at the 5.

I don't even know why this needs explaining.

There's no contradiction. I didn't reference any lineup I referenced a quote from the Cavs coach on how they intend to play in the future. Lue clearly said that they intend on starting Shumpert in the future playing a 3 guard lineup with Lebron at the 4. That directly contradicts you saying that Lebron can only play the 4 in spurts.

Now Lebron just started at the 4 while Love sat out and people are still talking about how good he and the team looked, yet here you are trying to argue that Lebron will only be able to play the 4 with Love at center. You're a gotdamn idiot. Lebron and the Cavs would be just fine with him at the 4 and with TT or Mosgov at 5. Both are clearly better options at the 5 then Love is. The Cavs wouldn't get away with playing Love at the 5 because he's too soft in the paint and offers no rim protection. If the Cavs do indeed decide to start playing a smaller lineup more often with Shumpert in as the 3rd guard and Bron playing 4 like Lue has said, then Love's minutes will be reduced it's as simple as that. The bottom line is that the Cavs seem to think that they could be a better team with Lebron playing the 4.

They'd be better off with Wiggins. Love doesn't offer them shyt that they can't do without. They didn't need him last year and they don't need him now. They could use another athletic wing who can score tho. That would definitely make it easier for Lebron to move to the 4 and solidify their perimeter.

You didn't reference a quote, you referenced this -

"Cavs coach Tyronn Lue indicated, however, Shumpert's move into the lineup is long term. When Love returns Saturday night against the Boston Celtics, he will likely be at center. The Cavs have used the three-guard look to close games before; now they're going to start with it."

That's just the writer's interpretation of what Lue was going to do, rather than what Lue said. Which again was proven to be wrong as Shumpert didn't move into the starting lineup when Love returned the next game - they started with a Kyrie/JR/LeBron/Love/Mozgov lineup against Boston. Again you'd know this if you watched the game.
Now Lebron just started at the 4 while Love sat out and people are still talking about how good he and the team looked, yet here you are trying to argue that Lebron will only be able to play the 4 with Love at center. That's not what I said, I said LeBron wouldn't play as often as he does at the 4 if they didn't have Love, because LeBron only typically plays at the 4 when Tristan or Love are on the court. If Love isn't there, than LeBron can only play at the 4 in lineups when Tristan is out there (and Mozgov on occasion). And again, their best small ball lineup is with Love at the 5 to stretch the floor. Any non-shooting big at the 5 limits what they can do offensively, especially LeBron in the post. Look at those Miami teams - their best small ball lineup always had Battier and Bosh - two players who can shoot.

:wtf: do you mean Mosgov is a better option at the 5 than Love is in small ball lineups? Do you watch games or do you skip through them?
They'd be better off with Wiggins. Love doesn't offer them shyt that they can't do without. They didn't need him last year and they don't need him now. Clearly they did need him last season, because they didn't win. Not only that bu the Warriors bigs cheated off Mozgov and TT by staying near the paint and helping on LeBron. They wouldn't have done that as often, had Love been out there to stretch the floor. Again, this shyt doesn't need explaining.

After the Wizards game -

Then what do you know - the next game Love started at the 4.
