No question as to who the 6th Man of the Year should be.

I'd give it to Iggy over him. He legit changes the game when he comes in, makes big defensive plays and just is an overall playmaker in general and has helped turn multiple games for the Warriors. But I admittedly haven't watched enough Raptors games to judge against Joseph.

What about Schroder
He's definitely up there, and if he continues to get minutes and Teague's drop - I can see him having a great chance of winning it.

Sounds just like CoJo, except Joseph is far more important to his second unit and generally has more impact. He's their best defensive guard/perimeter player (is relentless on that end when he comes on: ball denial, defending in the post against wings, halfcourt/fullcourt press, help defense, boxing out big men - he does it all), runs the offense and directs traffic, attacks the paint/collapses defenses on almost every possession, provides energy etc etc. He's arguably the main dude who's responsible for making them move the ball a lot more too. Whenever he comes on, the Raptors defense and offense changes pace and shape.
Barton winning 6th man
They usually go for the player who has a high PPG - so it'll probably come down to him and Crawford in the end.

I cosign all this....I'd also add that he's partly responsible for getting Kyle more rest. Casey can feel comfortable closing a half (as he's did last night) or giving extended minutes to Joseph knowing he won't blow the game. Also you can take Kyle off the ball and let Cojo run the point and run Kyle off screens.

He's been much better than Lou and his presence has truly made the Raptors a lot better.
